is there info on what i can do to repair it or delete it totally?
Information i have on it:

can some some tell me what i can do to remove this items or repair it or even delete it be ok?

Well, it looks as if you moved it to the Avast virus chest.  If so, you can remove it from there.  The virus chest is accessed from the main menu button after starting Avast Antivirus (right click blue icon)

will i delete it totally, but it may have been part of another virus like  worm or something i hear they try to let open a back door using trojan horse some times, so mainly was looking for a cross ref to it.

by the way avast! Antivirus did find it. and thanks guys

It's a downloader trojan and Avast sending it to the virus chest should take care of the problem.  If you delete it from the virus chest than it is gone.  It's quarantined in the virus chest and Avast rendered it harmless.

ok i got it again a 2x i deleted the 2nd one all so.

P.s i got a super good software man it dose a lot to fight spamm e-mails

Culpeper uses SpamPal and I use Spamihilator.
Spam is really annoying  :(

Beleave it or not the software "Spam Inspector 4.0" has these option inside the email program it instill into it: Is Spam, Not spam, Bounce, report, add friend, add Enemy eheheh like you said Spam IS the enemy this software it let you mark it as that.
