Title: Renewal

I have tried to renew my subscription, but have gotten no registration key.  I tried about 1 week before my exp. date & then a few days later, & then today, which is my exp. date, & still no response.  I have the Home Edition 4.8.  Please help.

If you aren't getting a response it is most likely due to some spam filtering tools, either at your ISP's email server or on your system. Do you or your ISP use anti-spam filtering ?
You should receive an email from register @ avast.com (without the spaces) with your registration key, ensure that is added to any whitelist.

Are you using the same email address as before when you first registered ?

If so I would suggest you try again and use a different email address, get a free Yahoo account and try that if you haven't got another email address.

No problem, glad I could help.

It would be worth asking your ISP if they use spam filtering as you may have other emails (not just the avast.com ones) you never see, disappearing into the black hole.
