Title: I just got a message that 4.8 was out of date help

I just down loaded 4.8 and after if was done I get a message from windows security center that 40.8 is out of date. Plz help me .I don't know what to do  next Thanks Karen

Start updating your system. Just after the install, virus database needs to be updates.
Besides, there is a new program version 4.8.1195.
You can try to update the whole program (right click the 'a' blue icon and choose Update).

It might just be that the VPS (virus signatures) in the installation file are more than 7 days old, that would trigger the WSC. So as Tech said if you do a manual program update, you will get the latest program version and it also downloads the latest VPS. So that should get you fully up to date.
