Hi,
I am using avast home edition 4.8 on 3 XP professional computers all running Sp3 and they all have the same problem.
My problem is that when the screensaver ends it tries to close the open programs. So if I had internet explorer or windows explorer open then they would be closed and if I had an office document open that I hadn't saved it would keep popping up asking if you'd like to save it. It's really annoying and it keeps happening for up to a minute afterwards.
It doesn't happen with any other screensavers so it has to be AVAST that's causing it.
Anyone have any ideas on how to cure the problem.
