you can use the same installation file or download it again - like you want...

but you have to use a new key, because it's not allowed to use one key on more computers...
just register a new one!

You can use the same key ziggyzag!

From the FAQ - http://avast.com/eng/faq-registration-license.html#idt_6920

Q: I have "avast! 4 Home" installed on my home computers and have entered the same license key on all of them. Does using the same license key on more than one computer harm the avast! functionality or updating capabilities in any way?

A: No, it doesn't. The registration of "avast! 4 Home" is implemented due to processing statistics. The same license key on more computers (provided they are used for non-commercial purposes and in home use only) doesn't harm the avast! functionality or ability to update in any way.

No, if the computer is Home and non-commercial, you can use the same key and the same email address to receive it.

See the tutorial:  http://www.avast.com/files/tutorials/insert_key.htm
Please take a look here: http://www.avast.com/eng/faq-invalid-license-number.html

Is your system date/time correct?
Are you sure you do not include the 'last blank space' in the paragraph while copying & pasting?

Maybe you could copy, save a text file into a floppy or USB stick and open it in the other computer.
