Title: Avast 8 on W2000 under Parallels on iMAC always shows Update Error on startup

I get @UPDATEMGR_Short_state_text_check_failed every time I start up W2000 under Parallels on my MAC Have i installed something incorrectly or is it a bug?

So this error is from the Windows Version of Avast (Version 4.8) that you have installed in Parallels? If thats the case you might want to post in the windows section of the forum.
