Title: Connection Timeout

I am running Windows Me and Avast Free AV. Am getting timeout messages that read  Avast Connection Timeout-Internet Connection Timeout Elapsed.Cannot understand this as I have Rogers Hi-Speed Cable connection.Any help appreciated

To be sure about the cause, the better I think is going to your 'webmail' and see there if any of the emails is too big, have a problem...
After that, you can set the timeout of your email client (if you did not do yet).
Into avast! Internet Mail settings there is a timeout option too.

Can you post a little bit more after you try to see the things above?

Thank you for your help as it was an email that was rather large.I adjusted the timeouts. :)
