Title: Blue balls disappeared

While I was on the internet I ran the Generate VRDB and the blue balls disappeared what does this mean?What do I need to do to correct this?I'm I still protected from viruses?Please help I'm new to this service.Thanks so much!Bear41 ???

Open Task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and you should see 3 or 4 services with name starting with letters ash. You can use my tweak tool (link in my signature) and use Auto-Restart function to quickly restart all avast! components. If there is only 1 ore none services with name ash... than just select Enable avast! Antivirus Protection in my tweak tool to quickly enable avast!
