Title: Standalone antirootkit tool still available ?
Post by: Tgell on July 24, 2008, 05:11:30 PM
Is the standalone antirootkit tool still available for download. I do not see it anywhere on the avast! site. Is it still in beta?

Thank You.

I don't believe it is, the beta I believe did the donkey work for the incorporation of the anti-rootkit in avast. It was meant to be released as a stand alone but so far it hasn't.

Yes, it's still available for download.  I tried it last month or so before I updated to 4.8.1201.
