Title: what sensibility is better

I need a suggestion from an expert, some friends say is better to set up the sensibility on normal (standard) other say to set up on high sensibility, what I have to do? thanks.

The default settings (Normal) provide the best balance between performance and protection. Not only that it is best to have a period of time to get to know avast before tweaking it to within an inch of its life ;D

I'm no expert as I have only been using avast for a little over four and a half years and I still (jetting used to avast) have the standard shield set to Normal. My internet Mail and Web Shield providers are set to High.
