Title: Infection alerts

How are the reports in ADNM generated?  My question is how often do the clients send information up to the host where the reports are run?  Is there a way I can force the clients to submit this information.  I am doing some testing and ran a test file,  which the clients caught but 1/2 hour later the manager still did not report the virus (showing no infections).

Hi, The clients report back every 30mins by default. You can change the communication time by right clicking on the computer catalogue and then properties. then you will see a number of options. If grey'd out right click and define.

Keep in mind that the machines won't get the new configuration for 30 mins!  you can start the net agent service on each machine to speed it up.
