I have avast antivirus and Malwarebytes anti malware and Spyware Doctor and Ashampoo anti spyware.
You think I protect? ???

Hi...
I'm assuming you mean "Am I protected sufficiently?" :)
I've not worked with Ashampoo or Spyware Doctor but MalwareBytes is a good choice. I would also add SpywareBlaster...

If you also desire real time anti-spyware protection, in case Ashampoo and Spyware Doctor doesn't provide this, Spyware Terminator is also a good choice...

along with Spybot S&D and Windows Defender...

Spyware Terminator and Spybot will require somewhat of a learning curve in configuring their scanners, Windows Defender to my knowledge doesn't ask you too much, if anything. At least my copy hasn't. :)
Hope this helps. :)
Best Regards...

Hi EliyahuT...
Probably because I tend to stick with what I know works. I've never been too adventurous in checking out new software, to be honest. :)
Best Regards...

Personally I don't think that Spyware Doctor is the best antispyware. Nor any others. Anyone making that claim is in marketing or advertising, since in the antispyware world it's pretty much impossible to prove.
But if you're happy with it, OK, keep it.
Without a two way firewall you have no safety net. If something new that is not detected by your AV or AS gets onto the machine, you have nothing to stop it doing its thing. The Windows Firewall is very good at blocking inbound, it has no outbound protection and limited control.
A basic, fairly standard type of setup would be to have an AV, maybe a resident AS, definitely a firewall - preferably two way - and one or more demand scanners/cleaners. Apart from the firewall you are probably OK.
Important to back up your files, pictures etc regularly, too. Anything you wouldn't want to loose.

We'll fall in another best thread about antispywares..., won't we? ;)

Ok, then it's time to configure them correct :)
