What is the significance of :Zone Identifier being appended to the names of many files in the report window at the end of an ashquick scan in the current release?

This little program here will supposedly delete the stream from affected files, although, having never used it, I can't comment on its effectiveness or reliablity. Use it your own risk ;)...
