Title: Pro isn't installed

Had Free. Upgraded to PRO. Got key. Started Free, clicked Registration, inserted key got OK. Don't have Pro screen, no schedule option, for ex, same user interface. FREE was removed with add/remove. HELP says welcome to Version 4. Made desktop shortcut from Avast in Programs. Still don't get PRO.

Did you insert the Pro key as an administrator?
Can you post a screenshot of what the About box currently shows (after you entered the Pro key) - with the key section expanded?

Run ashEnhcd.exe from avast folder once...

Also, a restart of your computer after inserting the new Pro key might help.

At the least, it will not hurt to try a restart.
