Title: Avast web shield not working with opera 9.63

Hi,

while surfing the internet using opera 9.63 I notice that avast web shield ain't scanning any incoming traffic, however on other browser such as Firefox 3 and IE 7/8 it works like a charm. Currently I have avast home version 4.8.1296.

When I revert back to opera 9.62 the web shield does work, this also happen on my laptop. Any ideas on what I can do?

Follow these instructions.

In Firefox, go to Tools> click on Options> Click on Advanced > Click on the Network tab > Click Settings > select Manual Proxy Configuration > In HTTP Proxy type "localhost" > and in Port type "12080" > then click OK.
