Title: manually install managed avast client

we just purchase the ADNM and we are having some difficulty install the avast client through the ADNM.  how can we install the avast client manually from the client PC that still be manage by the ADNM?  thanks.

Well, it's much easier to do push installs.  What does your remote install log look like after attempting to push out a client install?

Do you have the correct Username and password in the client install package?

Is there a firewall protecting the ports that Avast / ADNM needs?
