Title: Scvhosts taking up ALL hard drisk R/W slowing down computer! help!

Recently this has been happening and I Dunno what to do about it. On the picture attached to this you'll find a large list of HDD functions. This was when my computer was the slowst. The ones in red seem to be uneeded ones and i was wondering if ther was any way to "fasten" my computer.

Looks like steam is updating your "Day of Defeat" game or something.  Kill steam and see if your computer goes faster.
