Title: Where virus came from

  I put "maximum tire size 280zx" into a google search, and one of the top sitesd was the one that got me a particularly insistent virus/malware. Just thought it might helop somebody to kinow the source of such BS.

If you know the actual site, post it here, but change the "http" in the link to "hxxp" so that we may analyse it.

Google sponsored links are becoming more frequently used by those hoping to gain by buying a link on a search term that redirects you to a malware site. Presumably this was a sponsored link ?

Was that search with the "quotes" as I use Firefox and the WOT add-on and nothing picked up on the first page of results. I also use the CustomizeGoogle add-on for firefox and with that I remove all ads and I believe that also kills all sponsored links

There is also a piece of malware that redirects google (GoRed) and other search engine searches.
