I did get an error in outlook and since the does not scan yhe incoming memails, I try to download the program again and run setup and no way to have it working thank you

Did you try to go to Help > About > Deactivated items and see if avast plugin is deactivated? If enabling it, will avast scan your emails?
Did you see Outlook/Exchange provider into avast settings? Is it activated?
