Title: Avast for MAC stops at same file

Over and over, my Avast for Mac program hits a file that ends with /recordids.syncidmap
and does not move past it.  Just keeps scanning for hours and hours.

What should I do?

There is a new version of the Scanning engine that includes many fixes. See the following link for info on installing it
