Panda Cloud Antivirus  (http://www.cloudantivirus.com/), could I use it with avast? or it will make a conflict ???

Assuming it works in the same way as bog standard on-line scans then it should be OK.

Hopefully it doesn't have the same problem as the regular Panda on-line scan, unencrypted signature files that it dumps in your system files for your AV to detect later.

It's a real-time on & post access scanner so I think it will conflict.  http://blog.cloudantivirus.com/2009/04/30/testing-panda-cloud-antivirus-advanced-logging/

The installer will probably insist you uninstall any other AV anyway.
