Title: Always Updates 2 files, why?

Like the title says, I cant catch the 2 file names, but they are only .02 KB.

You mean like this? Thats perfectly normal in scenarios when you check for updates and there are no updates available at the moment.
1 file is for checking whether there are any new updates and another 1 is an integrity check file (checksum).
