Title: Wat is this Banner-how to get reed of it?

I have Avast home edition 4,8
Sometime ago this Banner start to apear after every page or document closed/I dont want this servis.
It annoy and i really dont know-wat to cklick there-i may do mistake and delete something important
Plz can i have advise how and wat to do,to get reed of this Banner? I am trying to insert pic-bit not sure how?
aNY WAY-BANNER GRAY AND ALWAYS ASK ME TO DELETE OR NOR FILE?? PROGRAM -iexplore.exe
it really make me mad!!!

Hi Alla!

Allthough I don't know exactly what Internet Explorer wants to delete in your Documents and Settings I would say allow.

Additionally I strongly recommend to change the following settings in Avast! as it seems you don't want this message to appear.
To deactivate this feature again - which normaly is deactivated by default - leftclick on the avast!-symbol in the taskbar. --> select the Standard Provider in the left column --> customize... --> in the "Blocker" tab untick the checkboxes I marked.
This should deactivate the avast! Behavioral Blocker Messages...

It really annoyng Deleting Banner- i myself dont know wat is he deleting-perhaps the place and page i visit?
Its force service..) i can do it myself) ane way ...thanks again..)
