Title: avast not detects trojan generic.xxxxxxxx

 ??? i own a cyber cafe and my pc's r infected by this virus.
  i hav used bit defender, it is detecting but bitdefender is very hectic

  the viruses has caused very much loss to my business

   it creates an .exe file in the folder in webcam icon very bad

So suggest me any solution to tackle this virus through avast

Try a scan with DrWeb CureIT! (http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit/)
or Kaspersky Virus removal Tool (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/Kaspersky-Virus-Removal-Tool.shtml)

thanx FreewheelinFrank, i hav tried Kaspersky and Dr.Web Cure It
nothing workz....Plz guys tell me any working solution to this problem.....

Since you own a Cyber Cafe, you are supposed to be using the Pro version of avast! and not the free version. And if you are a Pro version customer, you can always log a ticket.
