Well all I can offer is what the windows file system error 00000056 is:

Error 56 = The network BIOS command limit has been reached.

I don't have networked drives so all I can offer is this google search results URL on the above file system error, http://www.google.com/search?q=The+network+BIOS+command+limit+has+been+reached (http://www.google.com/search?q=The+network+BIOS+command+limit+has+been+reached)

Thanks for yr suggest, I try follow the instructions by Microsoft, but the problem still remain, especially when open an .mdb file (MS Access).  :-[

You're welcome.

Good luck, I don't know if there is a way to increase the command limit.
