I have some questions for you!
1. I have 7.58GBs of free space on my C:\ Drive out of the 36.6GBs its capable of. It takes my computer about four minutes before it I can start using it and I want to make it faster, what should I do?
2. My processor is only 2.52GHz and I want my computer to run faster, is there a way to make it run faster and if so, how?
3. I only have 1.00GB of RAM and I want my computer faster, is there a way to make it have more ram and if so, how?
4. I need help cleaning my PC. I have loads of stuff that was left behind from a program, I have a list of the files in the program files in the attachment. Also, I have a picture that I'm not kidding that my computer is slow.

Remove all unnecessary programs of the automatic startup, revise your scheduled tasks and even the services (for advanced users).
Try Startup Delayer (http://www.r2.com.au/software.php?page=2&show=startdelay).
This freeware controls the windows startup (Windows 98\Me\2k\XP\Vista) that does not follow a strict order.
2. My processor is only 2.52GHz and I want my computer to run faster, is there a way to make it run faster and if so, how?
Overclocking tools aren't toys... you could damage your computer and even ruin it.
3. I only have 1.00GB of RAM and I want my computer faster, is there a way to make it have more ram and if so, how?
Buy more ;)
4. I need help cleaning my PC. I have loads of stuff that was left behind from a program, I have a list of the files in the program files in the attachment. Also, I have a picture that I'm not kidding that my computer is slow.
CCleaner and Wise Disk Cleaner could do the job.

1. Delayed 3 items.
2. What does a processor do anyway?
3. Thats not right...
4. I used CCleaner before I posted...

2. What does a processor do anyway?
Calculations.
3. Thats not right...
What isn't right?
Do you mean it's not fair?

Windows cruft.
This computer used to take about 5 minutes to boot after running XP from pre SP1 to SP2, and just as long to shut down. (1.8Ghz, 256MB.)
Best to reinstall Windows.
I installed Ubuntu instead- boot up and shut down now take seconds rather than minutes.

Best to reinstall Windows.
:o But... but.!!!?oh but!?!?!?!?> but 1! i cant do that! Its so annoying, WHY CAN'T I JUST DELETE SOME ADD/REMOVE PRGRAMS/>?
???
I don't want to reinstall windows...

Look at the specs in my signature. I have a slower CPU (a processor - the brain of a computer) and my startup time is much quicker than yours. I suggest you have way too many programs starting at startup.
Check your startup list and eliminate those that are not needed at startup.
.......................................... Why can't I buy another PC?....
Yes, of course you can buy another computer if you want to and have the money to do so.
It would be hard for us to suggest what computer for you to buy. It all depends on your computing needs and the money available.

Wait, Can you remove a G:/ and a D:/ drive? Also, can I move some of my files to a removable thingy that allows me to reput it in and get the files back? How do you format? How do I install XP again if I lost the CD?

What PC do I buy?
Don't buy a big name system but find a local PC store with a good reputation that has been in business for a while like I did for my new Vista Home Premium system.
Post a HijackThis log to show the start up items:

The Windows 25 digit key and validation sticker should be on the system unit if it is a valid copy of Windows purchased from a reputable system maker.

Go to Add/Remove Programs and un-install McAfee SiteAdvisor as it is virtually useless and hopeleslly out of date and I think that McAfee destroyed it after purchasing it through not having people maintain it, BitDefender and Viewpoint.
Have a look in WoT forum about SiteAdvisor:

Best to reinstall Windows.
:o But... but.!!!?oh but!?!?!?!?> but 1! i cant do that! Its so annoying, WHY CAN'T I JUST DELETE SOME ADD/REMOVE PRGRAMS/>?
???
I don't want to reinstall windows...
Windows just slows down to a crawl after a while and only a reinstall will do. Deleting programs doesn't help.
Reinstall your original disks, or if you don't have them and you're not a gamer, consider Ubuntu like I did.

use TuneUp Utilities 2009 for Tune-Up your system.
http://tune-up.com/
For $61.54CDN I can buy a lot of food and I can get everything that utility does for free elsewhere.
use CCleaner at the StartUp time. with DOD Method (3 passes).
http://ccleaner.com/
I guess you need that over there but unless you are in the CIA, FBI or work for Intepol then it is quite un-necessary.
use Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 for Partition Managment. without reinstall windows.
http://acronis.com/
If you are in the habit of partitioning hard drives frequently and have $49.99 to spare then it is good to have.
use East-Tec Dispose Secure 2009 for Wiping your slack and deleted files. with AFSSI-5020 Method.
http://east-tec.com/
For US 199.95 you must be joking.
-
use TuneUp Utilities 2009 for Tune-Up your system.

I'm still playing around with it! ;D

personally for a paid program, I like "Auslogics BoostSpeed", it's a very well programmed program, codes written in this program is not poor like many other junk things.
it did cause problem for NONE of windows I've used it inside.
if you don't like to pay for it, you can use part of it for free, such as registry cleaner for free or registry defrag for a long time trial and....
