Hi

I keep getting this message via email every 2 hours:

Function setifaceUpdatePackages() has failed. Return code is 0x2000001A, dwRes is 2000001A.

I have noticed that my trial key has expired and was just wondering, does this mean that i no longer will get updates to new viruses making me vulnerable to a new virus attack?

Is anyone going to answer this problem? Its also relating to server edition that is not expired. Over 3,000 views and comes up first in google search for this error, come on guys. this is also the 2nd post I have made that hasn't appeared here, is this question too hard?

Hello,

I’ve got the same issue, but unlike rackham’s situation, our license is valid for one year.
Our environment is like follows: Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition and ADNM Console 4.8.995.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.
