Title: Avast blocks application from accessing network drive

The application is Lacerte 08 (tax software).  Lacerte needs access to two different shares on the network.  When Avast is operating, user gets an error that the Lacerte cannot write to one of the network shares.  When Avast is disabled  everything works fine.  This happens on all the workstations.  What can be done to allow this application to work with Avast?
