Title: Slight Problem/Uninstall

When i first installed Avast Demo i was pleased with the way it worked , But when i uninstalled it i was not able to see whats on my C:\ drive the folders and icons were not showing. The only way i could was right clicking and selecting explore. So i installed Avast again and now i can see the files and folders on C:\. It did not affect my D:\ drive only the C:\ drive. Why did that happen when i uninstalled  ???

I do not want to get rid of Avast , im just trying to sort out a few other probs i have b4 installing it permanently  :)

Strange indeed... Did you install avast on the root directory (C:)?

Can you post a screenshot of the Explorer window when the icons are not showing?
