Title: Need Some Help

Im new to avast, and just had a simple question.  I have another AV software programming on our office computers, but i have recently been awarded the oppurtunity to assist a second company with their tech problems, and they run avast.

On our AV software, we have a server application that is installed, it connects to the net, and downloads the updates, then all the othwer PC's on the LAN connects to the said server and gets the updates locally.

Is it possible to do this with avast! ?

That sounds like a task for the ADNM (avast! Distributed Network Manager) there is a forum specifically for that and the http://www.avast.com/eng/adnm.html (http://www.avast.com/eng/adnm.html) for more general information...

I don't use that product so I can't be a lot of practical help, you could contact sales (at) avast (dot) com with their requirements and they should be able to suggest what products meet their needs.
