Title: Is Avast! 5 beta 2 enough to protect me?

Hi all :) just curious is avast! 5 beta 2 enough to keep me safe? cheers  ;)

Hmmm... not completely yet.
Can you use Microsoft Security Essentials with avast? It would be better.

Oh just my luck  :'( Microsoft won't let anyone else download it, says something about them not allowing anymore beta testers or whatever. Oh well maybe ill go back to 4.8 for the time being.

I thought that you should not run two anti virus progs at the same time as they conflicted ?

You're right. Although in this case, they could leave together.
You will have less performance (a little less at least), but right now is a way to be protected with the beta 5 version of avast.
