A setiface error has ocurred2.   Try to reinstall or  contact supprt please
An error 3 (00000003) has ocured -  Las  performed operation was - spawning

I suggest an installation from the scratch:

1. Download the latest version of avast! Uninstall Utility (http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-uninstall-utility.html) and save it.
2. Download the latest avast! (http://www.avast.com/eng/programs.html) version and save it.
3. Uninstall avast from Control Panel (if possible). If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) and doing it from there. Anyway, boot after that.
4. Run the avast! Uninstall Utility saved on 1. If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) and doing it from there. Anyway, boot after you've run it.
5. Install avast! using the setup saved on 2. It will be good to accept the boot time scanning. Boot.
6. Check and post the results.

Which was your old antivirus (before avast)?

Haulero, there is no room for FUDing avast in its on forum.
If you don't like avast. Just drop it. There are 90 millions users, most of them happy.
The problem in your computer seems not related to avast (specially because you've uninstalled it and used the uninstall tool to remove any leftover, if any).

I know there are millions of users happy with this product, but there are people unhappy with the product as well. I'm just telling him to be careful and make sure is going to work with his system because I don't want him to have the same problem that I'm having right now. The problem of my computer was caused by Avast, don't know what was going on but Avast did it and I need to fix it thats why I'm asking for help to you guys because you know about this Antivirus. Whatever Avast did during the process of installation that made my computer run slow, it didn't fix it when I uninstalled it. I'm not the only person in this world that uses more than one antivirus at the same time knowing that is not adiviceable because no AV is perfect, one finds the virus that the others don't thats why some people is running with more than one antivirus

6. Publica los resultados

Cual antivirus usabas antes de avast?

You don't know that using 2 or more antivirus can cause problems in the system as slow? (that's your case).

Haulero, your problem is reported and addressed here. (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=48640.0) If the procedure I (and others) recommended has not worked for you, please post to that thread.
And I'll reiterate: The problem was not caused by Avast. The problem was caused by your installing more than one resident scanner. Any advice to install more than one applies to demand scanners, only, or resident scanners each of a different category.
