Title: i have a question

this is an off topic situation but pls answer  :)
~i've been playing games(using ps1 cds) in my computer. but some cds are broken(not totally broken i can still play them but certain parts are broken)
~reburning the cd can resolve the problem???

 Much likely, no. The damaged parts would probably be copied and burned onto the next disc.

 If you want, you may try downloading ISO, CSO or IMG and run them in EPSXE instead, but as like any other say, its a form of piracy.

yes epsxe is the program im currently using..
~thats sad.. im so foolish! i shouldnt have done reburning the cd! i should have asked first -.-

 No offense but, I tried CD Rx Data Retriever about four years ago and it caused more screw ups on my damaged Breath of Fire IV CD.

i havent installed since the people installed it experienced inconveniences(ive seen it in the comments at cnet)

Yeah, software most likely won't fix it.

I've purchased CD repair tools in the past, and they have worked well.

They actually sand the surface of the disc, to get down to where the scratches are and make them flat again.

This is the one I used I think: http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Innovations-Skipdoctor-Repair-Kit/dp/B00005B9W6

Once you have it repaired, make a copy (if it's not illegal to do so).

it worked for you but im still scared, besides the cd still working but not perfectly..
how can you say it worked?
