Title: the package is broken

today i have downloaded the program twice,and when i get back on the net i get the message the package is broken.cant update.

and after the first unistall i removed the folder and all.

running windows xp    any ideas

Strange, I can only guess here...
Do you use a firewall that avoid the avast.setup file to connect the Internet?
Do you have any other antivirus installed in your computer?
