Title: Avast, Opera 10 and some websites
Post by: Fuzzfas on October 17, 2009, 09:10:38 AM
Hello!

To make long story short, Avast seems to make Opera's RAM usage skyrocket when visiting some websites.

I use only standard shield with default scanning settings. Version 4.8

Ok, this is caused when Opera is set to accept cookies only from the visited site. The issue isn't only Avast limited, the same happened with Vipre. So it must be an Opera quirk.
