Title: Change of current ADNM password for Admin account.
Post by: albertG on October 20, 2009, 05:27:59 AM
I'm having problems in accessing the Admin account of the ADNM. Every time i punch in my personal password i'm having this msg. "Unable to log-in as Administrator or connection error." I'm sure that my password is right. What is the reason for these, aside from wrong password? For i'm sure there's nothing wrong with my password. Aside from changing the current Account (if it is possible?), what other ways i can do to access the ADNM?

do you punch in your personal password from how you login to the computer network or the actuall password from the ADNM that you have set after installation. If you do the first then its normal that it doesnt accept it.. try with user admin and password admin
if its the second option then check if the services from avast/adnm are running  (and if they are not running start the services to log in and start troubleshooting why the services shutdown in the first place)
