Title: Script blocker - what's it do?
Post by: NiveusLuna on November 30, 2009, 01:22:57 AM
What does the script blocker do? I'm unsure as to whether this blocks things like javascript in web pages or stuff like visual basic scripts. They're both technically scripts, but are different threat types.

Thanks!

I'm using avast v5 internet suite right now, and all that's in there for the script shield is "There are no settings for this shield." Nothing about what it does.

So, I repeat my question: What does it block?

Edit: nvm, for some reason it's in the overview section but not the section specific to the script blocker. Forget I said anything.
