Title: Trojan.Agent/Gen-Nullo[Short]
Post by: philkee on December 04, 2009, 04:32:21 PM
Hi,

I recently received a security alert via my ISP warning of a possible virus attack.

I was advised to run a different virus software to see if I had an infection. I ran SUPERAntispyware, as recommended, and it found the virus Trojan.Agent/Gen-Nullo[Short]

How did this virus get past Avast 4 Professional?

I run daily updates and regular scans - Do I need to do something in my configuration settings?

Hi philkee, welcome to the  forum :)

How were you notified by your ISP? This seems a little suspicious to me...

Do you have the path to the file, it will be in the superantispyware log, which you could post.
