Title: Avast and A-Squared Anti-Malware??
Post by: 2harts4ever on December 30, 2009, 02:36:54 PM
Good morning,

I recently received a gift of the paid 'A-Squared Anti-Malware' program and have it running on my computer.  Belarc Advisor lists it as a 'Virus' program along with my Avast.  ???

Is this going to cause a conflict since I know you are only supposed to run one virus program?

Thanks and regards,

Yeah its going to conflict :D

U should use A-squared for on demand scanning only if u have avast! running on the backround^^

Oh, BTW instead of belarc advisor, i recommend secunia^^

I think its better^^

Morning +AdDicT+ and Pondus,

I appreciate the fast responses and the valuable information.  I will follow your advice.  :)

I also use Secunia too in addition to Belarc Advisor.  8)

Have a great day and an even better New Year!
