PENETRATOR!!!The new very dangerous virus infects photos, music and all documents!!! HELP me   ???

According to this google search, it has been around in various versions for a few years.

On the first page of the results is an entry for a removal tool. I know nothing about the tool and so I can not recommend it. If you decide to use it, do so at your own risk.
