Title: using "ashCmd program"
Post by: carl606 on January 09, 2010, 08:59:39 AM
Hello there

I have just been reading about the "ashCmd" program.
If the  results are the same, and the only difference being you use the command line, is there another reason why you would use this.
Or does anybody use it.

Would this come in handy for something like using safe mode with command prompt.
Any advice on the would be greatly recieved.

Indeed, most users will just stay with boot time scanning of avast.
ashcmd uses the same engine of avast, so the results are the same.
There is always command line lovers ;D
