Title: Submitting a ticket

I want to submit a ticket in support ... the allready shown @-sign where i need to input my e-mail adress won't let itself move ...
Logging in won't go because of this.
Hope someone from Alwil will read this post .... it's hard to ask for help if support is not functioning !!!??

Do you mean the green @?

This is ok, just put your email address to the right of it and it will work.
I have tried it and it works :)

It is just an image, not an actual @    ;)

Thanks.... seems i entered the wrong combination ID & password !  ???
