Hello all,
I downloaded AVAST Home when my Norton AV subscription expired (based on the many enthusiastic recommendations from folks at www.dslreports.com ;D)
My question is....how do I register the product. I tried many, many, many times.....everytime I get the "Registration Failed" email message. My subscription to the newsletter was successful though ;D
Thanks for any help

I have the same problem...

Newsletter?! ::)
I've never heard about this...
The Registration is easy if you are not using a spam killer application.
You can register again to receive a new number: http://www.avast.com/i_kat_207.php?lang=ENG
You will receive an email from register@asw.cz or register@avast.com

I already do that...
This is the email that I received:
From: register@avast.com
Subject: avast! Registration
Message:
Dear customer,
Your registration for avast! 4 Home Edition antivirus program failed. Please, try again later.

Well, this is the message I keep getting from register@avast.com:
"Dear customer, Your registration for avast! 4 Home Edition antivirus program failed. Please, try again later."
Perhaps their registration server is down....

I, too, cannot register and keep getting the same message sent to me "registration failed". I guess I'll try again tomorrow. If we're all having the same problem TODAY, I guess it's not something I did wrong. Never know about me, though! ;)

Who? Why? ::)
About the registration fail: maybe Pavel has to say something about... :-\

I have the same problem,
tried many times, yesterday and today.
I hope it is fixed, because my version expires in a few days.

I believe it's fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience...
