Hi, I install Avast 5.0.377 Free in Win 7 in a HP dc5100 capable with Windows XP (no Win 7 "Capable", but all works fine with it). I made a Scan before start Windows and this broke, I need made a system restore for repair.
In other computer with Windows 7, with Windows Vista by default (but "no capable" with Windows 7 , but works fine with it) this crash (blue screen) after upgrade virus definition.
¿Maybe the no capabilitie with Win 7 be a problem?
(Sorry for my english).

Somebody can help us with this? ???

There were a number of issues with release 377 - you should
download and install the released version: 5.0.396

If you download a complete 5.0.396 it may pay to be careful about the source - see my posts in http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=54887.msg464368#msg464368
If you already had 377 installed, it may be safer to simply update it via the update provision in the program.

I already have the version 5.0.396, updated from 5.0.377 full installation, and again I getting BlueScreen (OK, OK, I'm not, is my PC), and Windows tell me that see a Minidump file and a XML file. Both are attached in this post.... (I can't attach this files, but if are needed only tell me and I send you fir e-mail)
Could be possible that Windows Defender activated by default in my Windows be the cause of this problem?

Can you please upload the minidump file to
ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming
Thanks.
