Title: Avast freezes during boot scan

I ran a scan yesterday and a Trojan was found. It said that it was dangerous to operate the computer with the virus in the operating system so I needed to perform a boot scan. I said yes, and when it finds the virus during the boot scan and gives me the options, I am unable to do anything. No keys on the keyboard work..
