Title: Help Plz...Offline Folder Synchronization Disabled

Vista Business on a SBS LAN. 4.8 worked fine. Upgraded (uninstalled 4.8 and installed 5). Users started to complain that they couldn't save to their My Documents directories. The MyDocs folders are redirected to user shares on the server and offline folders are actively synchronizing the folders.

Noticed directories seemed to be write protected.

Uninstalled v5...offline folders icon shows up in tray corner and folder icons now have sync swirl. MyDocs is now not write protected.

Apparently, offline folders was not running with v5.

reinstalled v5...same issue as before.

Has anyone else experienced the same???

Any workarounds?

Has anyone else seen this issue or maybe you know how to work around it?
