could someone explain what that means please.

This is an internal memory location which does not help much.

What I believe happened is you tried to process an entry and Avast could not scan it for some reason and hung up.
Have you retried the "task"?  The "module" it referrs to is a dynamic link library file within Avast.

Usually, rebooting the computer clears up Internal Errors of this type.
