Title: AVAST WILL NOT RUN!!

I Recently purchased Avast 5 and it quit working a week later.
Avast will not run or re-start at all. It is totally frozen.
I have uninstalled it and re-installed it several times with no luck.
I have emailed and submitted support tickets but nobody responds.
I have 3 licenses and I am starting feel a bit ripped off!
I have sent several requests into support and nobody answers...
Does anyone actually work at Avast??

have you tried starting from scratch again?

How to uninstall our software using aswClear.exe:

How can anybody here help you with no information?

Hardware/OS/Software - versions etc...

Yes, I used the removal utility.
