Title: Money back guarantee - how should I process?
Post by: Melvincz on February 10, 2010, 08:52:05 AM
Hi all, I'm disappointed with the latest version of Avast! software. I'd like to get my money back (60 days money back guarantee is advertised at avast site). The only issue I have is I have no idea how to process that.
Could you advise, please?

Regards,

Radek

As you can see me I am using avast 5 without worry :)
If you got any problem you can tell us and we can help you to fix it!

But if you want your money back then it is up to you :)
Because this software works properly in a clean computer where avast won't comflict with any other software :)
