After setting my computer (XP Home) to not automatically reboot at BSOD, I noticed that Perfect Disk 5 and 6 would kill my computer and I got the message on the BSOD that it was the driver aswMon2.sys that was conflicting with the defrag software.
After disabeling Avast 4 Pro and trying to run perfect disk again it works fine but not while Avast is on and running.
Is there a fix in the works for this problem, I like Perfect Disk almost as much as Avast but one of them as to go.

As always in case of BSOD, I need (at least the mini-) dump file. The minidump is in the \windows\minidump folder. Please send it to me by e-mail.
Thanks

the mini dump is on its way in email. the memory.dmp is 255mb so I could not send it.
Also the tech support at Perfect Disk is working on the problem also, they are going to download Avast 4 and test it on their systems.
I hope you and them can figure it out, I want to keep both programs.
thanks
